To add 44 and 28.

4 4 So, 4 + 8 = 12
+ 3 8 Here 12 is 10 + 2 means 1 ten and 2

2 ones.

So put 2 in ones column and carry 1

4 4 Now adding digits of Tens column.
+ 3 8 1 + 4 + 3 = 8

8 2 Write 8 in Tens column

So Answer is 82.
Hence 44 + 38 = 82
